What are your standard shipping times and costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US, while oversized items like complete bicycles may take 5-10 business days.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bicycles are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every bike.
What is your return policy for gear and components?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets or customized builds.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer a warranty on new bicycles?
Yes, all new bicycles come with a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on non-consumable components like shifters and derailleurs.
